through competitive salaries, meaningful professional development, and the classroom resources they need to help students succeed.
Prepare students for the future
by investing in STEAM education, digital literacy, and career and technical education programs that connect learning to tomorrow's workforce.
Provide equitable opportunities
by ensuring every student has access to a high-quality education, regardless of their ZIP code, background, or learning needs.

by increasing access to counselors, implementing trauma-informed practices, and ensuring every school has the resources students need.

through strong safety measures, bullying prevention, and school cultures where every student feels valued, respected, and secure.

Focus on bringing families, educators, businesses, and community members together in support of students.
Representing North Carolina at World Finals along with 16 countries
Strengthen partnerships
between schools, parents, local businesses, local communities, nonprofits, and civic organizations to create more opportunities and support for students.
Build trust through collaboration
by encouraging open communication, transparency, and community involvement in our schools.
